Captain, I always enjoy seeing pictures of one or another (or another!) of your wonderful DR's selected from your cache.
At present 4 grace my safes, and they are all "eared". Actually, if I include the Lang percussion double I have 5. I hate this business of always wanting wanting wanting but, truth be told, I do.
I started acquiring them about 5 or 6 years ago, and current prices seem to be stretched to almost astronomical heights.
If I may be so bold, how long ago was it when you acquired your very first double rifle? This is asked simply out of curiosity, and now I'm also wondering what make and calibre it was.
