Jakearoo, thanks...You're right ..on all accounts...even the part about info to share...I do have alot of info that's not out there yet... I did a lot of research work for friends, Bill Brophy (L C Smith author) and Bruce Jennings (Newton Arms author)...in fact, I still have the missing chapter on Emil Flues and the Ithaca Flues model, It's only the most prolific American double ever produced, yet strangely it's missing from the Ithaca book, except for a few pages...Bill Brophy didn't know about the rarest Smith til after his book was published. At the time of publication he thought it was the whippet grade, it's not, but if I try to enlighted the members here at the BBS it would turn into gang fight..and I'm the one with all the negatives of the gun factories along the Erie Canal (actually Harry Dean's files), I'm the one with all the data about American damascus steel makers at Motts Corners near Ithaca NY, just to name a few...I come here to offer this data to anyone who will use in good spirit...If I try to share this rare info with good natured members like yourself, the sharks would discredit my posts before I could even post them...this board is not open yet, it still belongs to the playground bullies...It's like I have to beg these egotistical collectors to learn our firearm history...as you can see, I am the fish out of water here...but I like the way you think...thank you
