I had a Remington 870 Express with a rough chamber that shells would stick in occasionally. I took a bore brush, wrapped steel wool around it, dipped it in automotive rubbing compound (the orange stuff, basically a mild abrasive) and spun it in the chamber with a power drill. As a result the chamber glistened like a mirror and I've had no more stuck shell problems since. I realize you don't have a rough chamber problem but nonetheless I suggest you try doing the same with your .410.
