It is a price point gun in a litigious world. Triggers and tight chambers are a safety matter. Most blow ups are caused by reloads so if reloads do not fit you have to use factory which should be safer. Seven pound triggers are almost impossible to trip even if your gun was dropped with the safety off. I do not blame the maker for either item it just protects them from possible lawsuits.
If it were mine I would send it out and have the chambers polished or enlarged as needed. Then have the triggers set for a lighter, more user friendly pull. Just do not return for factory service or they will return triggers to factory settings. You are not talking about a five grand custom shotgun here so expect a few easily fixed issues to make a cheap gun into a fun gun to shoot.
