Ok Einstein. OWD is absolutely right.....this forum is heading ********. And because of constant, patronizing comments like this. What a ********** thing to say. There were 7 patents on these electric guns in the 1890's, so I guess some other people thought it was a worthy subject at least 125 yrs ago. With all this political garbage on this web site I thought it would be fun to talk about something different......guess NOT. I'm going to join some of the other folks who have left this forum before me. I'm taking a break. Too many smart ass know nothing's here to suit me.
Wow Buzz, that certainly was an angry nasty response to Craig, who was merely stating the obvious. He apparently knew about Remington's recent EtronX failure in the arena of electrically fired guns, and for that, he gets subjected to name calling as bad as you'll find in any political disagreement. However, notice that OWD won't have any problems with your outburst because it is not critical of his politics or Obama.
OWD's problems with political threads stem entirely from his own agenda to provide cover to his favored anti-gun politicians. Thanks for proving my point that it isn't just political or 2nd Amendment topics that generate bad blood!
Remington EtronX factory loads are no longer made, but primers are still available... but very hard to get... out of stock is the new norm. The mere fact that something gets patented does not mean it was or ever will be successful in the marketplace. Dozens of things get patented for every marketing success. But there have been many drugs patented in recent years that might calm you down a bit.
