When I was last in St. Etienne, Hervé Bruchet was just setting up to produce his own version of the Petric. He was completely in love with the design.
I didn't see anything that Berreta or, for that matter, Verney Carron, right across town, couldn't produce cheaper and faster. I also didn't think it was better, in any way, than the more typical O/U by either maker.
I didn't say anything. Wonder how many he built before his company was purchased?
