This is silly guys some liberal nut job writes an article where he is clearly spelling out that you would have to trash the Constitution in order to disarm America and we get all worked up!!!
How can an election of a left-wing nut case, where you need a majority, sometimes, in order to win and they pass a law....SO WHAT its a law, you would need to amend the Constitution in order to succeed here and I don't believe,no delete that, you will never have enough votes, a 4/5(?) majority, in order to amend the Bill of Rights and the deletion of the Second Amendment. Now stop tearing into each other because that's what this guy wants, to separate us!!!

Yep, we're acting just like the Englishmen of "good 'ole Raj" by having our large collective Pinnochio nose up everybodys ...!  Some boys at Accuratereloading double rifle forum spend more on one cartridge then I spend on fine cigar from Dominican Republic!  At least cigar keeps bugs away from my face!

Two-thirds of the congress, then three-fourths of the states, to amend the Constitution and delete the Second Amendment. But there's a much easier route for the gun grabbers. Here's the scenario, and it could happen in less than two years: Hillary gets elected with a Democrat majority in the Senate. Scalia, Roberts or Alito gets killed in a car crash. Hillary nominates an anti-gun judge; she is confirmed by the Senate, giving a liberal majority to the Supreme Court. Shortly thereafter, the SC rules that the Second Amendment only applies to "well regulated" state militias. Bye bye guns, guys.
