Two-thirds of the congress, then three-fourths of the states, to amend the Constitution and delete the Second Amendment. But there's a much easier route for the gun grabbers. Here's the scenario, and it could happen in less than two years:

Hillary gets elected with a Democrat majority in the Senate. Scalia, Roberts or Alito gets killed in a car crash. Hillary nominates an anti-gun judge; she is confirmed by the Senate, giving a liberal majority to the Supreme Court. Shortly thereafter, the SC rules that the Second Amendment only applies to "well regulated" state militias. Bye bye guns, guys.
