Just to add the Brit view point to this Webley & Scott manufactured this type of .22 shotgun sold as a Garden gun they were extremely useful for helping the ubiquitous Rat and other not wanted small wildlife off their mortal coils. The gun came in to its own especially in farm buildings because of its low noise and very minor if any damage to the building because of the dust shot load. This was the very first Real gun I ever used in the 1950s very tame looking back now but to a seven year old it was the Puppies Privates to be let loose on your own with. Aaah Memories!!!
