The RBL should be your choice, hands down. 30" barrels for sure. Highly recommend you go with the semi-beavertail with the single trigger and pistol grip. Talk with Lou or Kamil and get all little details down on paper. A few things I suggest you get:
Tru-Oil finish.
Dark Turkish exhibition wood (if you don't specify dark wood, you'll get blond wood with black streaks).
Be sure to tell them to fit the grip cap flush with the front of the grip or you'll have a little lip jutting out.
Chokes.
