Money is tight at the moment, otherwise, I think I would have gone
for this. I've got one rifle by Robert Milhoan. But I sure enjoyed looking
at this, this past week. I hope that you will enjoy looking at it, too.

I think homemade, except for the magazine.

Here is another rifle, a Niedner Sukalle Mauser,
I wonder how many of you saw it and what you thought of it.

A strange combination: small ring action with what appears to be a commercial Mauser bolt. I expect the caliber will turn out to be .257 Ackley Improved, since a great number of '30's era .257 Roberts chambers got the "improvement" treatment somewhere along the line. Somebody got a hell of a buy.

I watched it but I'm not comfortable with a .257 Roberts. I'm boring, I like a more common caliber. Also watching Auction # 450290302. Seems like I'm attracted to rifles with missing apertures.

Michael didn't like to draw attention to in progress auctions.
And I'd like to follow his example. Here, funds are tight,
but sometimes I unwind at the end of the day by looking at

I'm not interested in buying rifles at the moment I was thinking of the other guys.
(I do have a dandy six gun en route.) I'm sure others feel differently but auctions are only interesting to me if I can participate.

I bought the Neidner Sukalle mentioned above, and happened to find the discussion here. The rifle is on the way, but has not yet arrived.
