We had a very bad storm of heavy snow @ Thanksgiving, lots of phones and power went out in Southern part of state. Fairpoint is by far the worst of the phone co's up here,they just don't care and cust service is useless.
I know a guy who had to pay the FP guys $100 on the side to get them to fix his phones rather then wait more then a week for the "normal" service schedule
