Once you shoot a truly fitted gun its hard to go back to a factory configuration unless you are darn close to that configuration. I used to think I could fit most any gun unless it was extreme/weird measurements. I've since found out that I shoot much better when the gun fits properly and I can just throw it up and hit most of what I shoot at. Snap shooting IMO is just about impossible with a gun that doesn't fit.
