I got the gun today. The wood is nice but the interior of the brls has more pitting than I would like and will need to get it measured. LH brl thicker than the right. I would like to get them cleaned up but may not be able to hone them. They should be shootable as is but want to make sure and perhaps only with black. The locks are Stanton. The extractor fork has been worked on and works ok.
Could anyone tell me what the top rib should say for address etc? Proof has the 20 in the diamond. Brls have London view mark. I took the gun over to my smith today and am leaving for the Vegas show in the morning. Thanks for everyones input on this project. Will try to get some pics later.
