I haven't been reloading much lately & didn't know Rems were scarce.
I did try a batch of CCI 209s & found that they went in fine , but the tail end more often than not stuck out proud from the bottom of the shell head...you could feel the end rim of the primer...I quit using them as I didnt like that, also they seemed like they might scratch the area around the striker in the final part of lock up.
Perhaps it was my set up.Winchester primers can give low psi with the right recipe...I used to use 700x with them I think.
This happened with AA & Rem sts
