You are absolutely right. I guess the thread wandered and brought me to a hot button of mine. But, I should have controlled my fingers. My comment had nothing to do with guns.
I too have had a kindly vet come to my house and put down my dear old golden. No reason for my OT bashing here at all. I apologise. RCC
