Ken61 Sidelock Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 2,862 Iowa	Is it possible that someone tried to fill the pits using an acid-based solder? Would that result in the "bloom of corrosion" that is now around them? Ken I prefer wood to plastic, leather to nylon, waxed cotton to Gore-Tex, and split bamboo to graphite.
