My Father picked up this oldGerman Single shot stalking rifle about 2 years ago.I Hunted on the web, called all over god's green earth looking for what it was. Finaly found out it was a 8.15x46R chamber. Even found a set of scope rings for it. it had it's own weird mount's on the gun.
He had paid $125.00 for it, NO I am not kidding!! I told him if he didn't want it I would take it, After all the call's & hours on the internet, as I told him I wanted it he said sorry sold it about a week earlier. For $750.00..... Wish I had Known he was even considering selling it!!!
Since that we have a arrangement, if he buy's a new gun I get to see it, if it is something I might possibly someday maybe want I tell him Right away!!
