For anyone interested, we've put together a shoot at Drake Landing in Fuquay Varina, NC for the Thursday before the Spring Southern (April 23rd). Drake Landing (http://drakelanding.net/home.html) is about 30 minutes from Deep River where the Spring Southern is held. So far we have 22 shooters committed to coming out a day early to shoot with us. If you've never been, Drake Landing has two outstanding 13 station sporting clays courses and a Five Stand. We'll have lunch and dinner options available onsite, but would like to get a headcount prior to the event so that we can plan appropriately. So far we've had a number of people from the AHFCA and PGCA sign up to join us, but this shoot is open to anyone shooting a double gun that wants to come out and enjoy a fun day of clay shooting, gun show and tell, and great food.
