I just spent 25 mins on the phone waiting for the U.S. Postal customer service representative to check on the progress of the search for my property. After 25 minutes and no one ever answering the phone, I hung up. But first, I listened to the message: "The US Postal Sevice, a service you can count on" for at least 500 repetitions. What incompetent clowns these people are. Yes, they really care about the US citizen.......I am so pissed I can hardly see straight.
