I bought 3 shotguns at the Vegas Show. Two were shipped together via USPS. When they arrived the shipping box was damaged and the postman said he wanted to see me open it as it was damaged in shipping. The stock of the one gun was broken in shipping. A big chunk right off the wrist on the left of the top tang. Filed an appeal with pics, etc and it was denied. Filed a second one with more documentation and it was denied. Filed a third appeal. Spoke to our lawyer, he said they do this all the time, he'd send a letter and we'd get paid. He was correct!! 10 days after we spoke to him we had our insurance check. Just another bureaucracy that hates guns and is less than efficient.
