The Nature vs Nurture debate is hundreds of years old. It is Nurture that makes the biggest impact, Experimental Psychologists found that out in the early to mid 20th Century.

This is the reason why Pavlov was the darling of the Soviets. His work was the basis of the Soviet Social Science of Psychopolitics. The Soviets, and now the Democrats, have proven that with the right techniques you can indoctrinate just about any belief into a person.
