Is there a three-letter code, perhaps even JBL? very far fetched: John Moses Browning was working with FN in Liege/Belgium from 1897 till his death in 1926 - I don't suppose JBL could stand for John Browning Liege? The positioning of the marks on the barrels would however point more to a barrel maker Best regards Gunter NRA Life 1974
