There is truly no distinctions in either shooting or handling qualities which are determined by whether the gun has external, internal or a "True Hammerless" action. The only real distinction is ease of cocking. This is not generally a problem on a target range. There are some hunting situations where it is not a problem either.
Personally, being a person with small hands & a short thumb, when walking in for a covey rise over a pointing dog/dogs & with no desire to actually put the gun into a firing condition until it is on it's way to my shoulder I find a Hammerless works best for me. Thus for me it's LLL (Long Live Lefever).
