Could high trigger pull force be causing barrels to drop at shot? I have/have owned more than a dozen berettas of this era and have never had a barrel regulation prob. But stuff happens...
I've done enough shooting that I'm sure that's not the issue. I tested the gun with 7 or 8 different loads and it shot every one way low with both barrels. Its a very consistent shooter; just shoots everything low in relation to the rib and bead.
Thanks for all the replies. I probably worded my original post poorly, but I think everyone understands my question now. I thought the gun was flawed, but wanted to hear more opinions on it. I could put it on auction and probably get my money back, but I don't wanta sell a gun with a known problem without telling the buyer.
I think I can make a good turkey gun out of it and a sight will make the issue irrelevant. At 6.75 pounds, its light for a 12 gauge, and the tight barrel shoots great patterns with tungsten loads. Thanks again for all the help.
