Of those I'd use H110. When I used H110 my load was 16.5 grains of H110, Nobel Sport primer (I'd use any primer other than Fed 209A or CCI 209M), Claybuster CB5050-410HS, 1/2 ounce of shot in Winchester, Remington, Fiocchi and Cheddite hulls. I now use Alliant 200MP which is very similar to H110 but slightly slower burning.

If you go to the reloading data center at Hodgdon.com you'll find a large number of loads using H1110 (WW296 is the same powder with a different label).
