David Williamson Sidelock Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 3,854 Likes: 118 Eastern Pa	Ed, if they are the second style of ejectors, taking out the springs in the for-end will disable them. If they are the first style before 1902, that use the mainsprings to activate the ejectors, I'm not sure. David
