My company has a large operation in Brazil, and it's common for us to host a group of 20 or more Brazilians for events and meetings here.
One of our events includes a sporting clays shoot. It's amazing (and sad) to see grown men come to the US from Brazil and to learn they have never fired a gun in their entire life. They seem fairly accepting of the fact that in Brazil they cannot own guns (or if they can they think they can't).
It's also refreshing to see how eager they are to shoot, and how much they enjoy it. Most of them who stay in the US for an extended period of time end up buying a gun (usually a shotgun) and go shooting on the weekends.
