If you think that's scary, remember that the 2008 Heller and McDonald U.S. Supreme Court Decisions which affirmed that the 2nd Amendment is an Individual Right were both razor thin 5-4 decisions. It really does matter who we elect. Obama has signed on to the U.N. Gun Ban Treaty and it is there waiting for an anti-gun Senate majority to accept it.
