Try these guys. They will put whatever size boot you or they can get on whatever size waders fit you. I bought a pair of their waders a couple of years ago but have not used them yet, waiting for my old pair to completely fail. Stuff seems to be well made, nearly bullet proof, and they can replace the boots down the line if you wish.
