I have never been to France, although I have enjoyed meals in the Palace Cafe, Antoine's, Commander's Palace and others in New Orleans, which have a French sphere d'influence. But, if there is anything better than carefully fried wild bobwhite quail, homemade cathead biscuits and tomato/cheese grits ......... I don't need it.
