The workmanship is wonderful, and all that, but, it is a design that is a compromise on all fronts.
You own a gun like this because your government tells you how many or what kind of guns you can own. It is a bit like a Swiss Army knife, with all the weird tools on it.
Unless I am mistaken, even possessing birdshot on one's person, while deer hunting in MN, is a violation of law. The laws, being different here than in Europe, likely drive some of the design differences. So, I can see why a guy has one, I just don't want to be that guy.
