What hj you think they should have a return policy that includes money back if at time of sale you change your mind? Call them and ask them if they will do so. Most dealers not named x will do so if you ask in advance. Those who won't I just don't do business with at all. Too many guns, too little time, never enough money to buy from a dealer I don't trust. I've heard zero bad responses so far. So I going to go by that as much as anything. And those who won't post here will send a pm if they want to. I've gotten several warning messages over the years by people who didn't want to discuss things in public on an open forum.


Just got confirmation that they have a three day inspection and return policy on used guns. That's good enough for me.

A 3 day inspection plus your money toward another gun ANY TIME if you decide you want to upgrade?

Sounds like a pretty darn good return policy to me...

Thanks for the input.

Concur on their pricing, but until you deal you never know the actual bottomline.

In the end things are worth what one is willing to pay.

As for the return policy, before i deal I will ensure I know the details as I am not inclined if it means No refund, except in store credit. Then again i can always go to Texas and look at the guns myself with my wall thickness gauges etc. as they do not have all details on the pair posted.

Sounds like you missed something to me. The policy, as Daryl quoted it, says that you do not get your money back, you get that amount of credit toward another one of their guns. As in, "in store credit".

most of the people who would dissect a return policy as is being done here, they probably wouldn't want as a customer. Everyone in business has to decide how they are going to handle dissatisfied customers or faulty products/merchandise. Some do very little, a few offer nearly unconditional guarantees. Obviously, it is a business decision that potentially hits the bottom line. Some may feel they can't afford to offer much relief to a potential dissatisfied customer...they all aren't L.L. Bean. I don't know the details of their business, so it is not my business to tell them how to run theirs. However, it is my prerogative to decide whether I want to give them my business and I may consider their return policy in doing that. If their return policy bothers you that much - don't do business with them but don't accuse them of some sinister intent because you don't agree with how they have chosen to run their business.

When dealing with small companies both price and terms are usually negotiable.
