All their guns I've looked at on the internet were over priced.

Here's their published Guarantee. Not much of a deal, is it?
"
Effective August 1, 2008: If you are purchasing a firearm from Cook - Winston, their guarantee is as follows: Return the firearm in the same condition as it was sold, at any time, and you will receive 100% of your purchase price in trade value toward your next purchase.

I don't have any problem with the wording of that. I don't have to buy from them a second time anyways. I would not expect to get all my money back from a gun purchase if I have not kept it in good condition. If the new gun price is too high in my opinion, then I am not going to be buying a gun period trade in or not.
I think one way to read that is that if I return with a gun in the same condition as I bought it then I can apply that money towards the next gun and not have to pay a 20% restocking fee other dealers want to charge. If we disagree about condition then I can talk about it and decide if fair is fair. But I am not going to assume the worst about everyone up front. Healthy concern maybe but paranoid is too much to go through life with. A-hole dealers don't last long but A-hole buyers are everywhere.
