Way back in the day, C/W had a 100% money back return policy.
If the gun was in the same condition as when you bought it,
you could return it for 100% of your money back at any time.

KY Jon, regardless of what you were told over the phone, their policy on the GI ad was "store credit". SoTwin also misinterpreted their policy. "store credit" is worthless to me. If I buy a $30,000 Purdey from these guys and I don't find it acceptable, what are my chances of finding $30,000 worth of merchandise for my "store credit"? KY's over the phone promise is worthless unless he gets it in writing. The only thing I misinterpreted was the reasonableness of those that post on this site. From looking at your old posts, it would appear that you have felt this way for a long time. I wonder why you keep coming back? Only 23 posts out of 66 show up for you, so 43 must have been in Misfires. We can only imagine what you had to say there. Everyone knows this stuff only happened in Misfires, so it's probably just your imagination.

I don't care what BS KYJon and So Twin put out, Cook and Winston clearly say that the will issue store credit, not cash refunds, on guns that are returned. There is nothing said about three months down the road, they said "store credit on three day inspection returns". They plain ass don't give refunds, end of story. I don't understand what you guys don't understand about that. I will buy from them at shows, but not by mail or internet.

I don't see a single thing about store credit. Am I missing something? Where did you see that? Why are you taking this so personal? I looked at half a dozen listing of theirs and they all were the same terms. Is one different and I have not seen it?
