Elk ribeye roast, wild rice, and asparagus. Also, a little topping made w/crumbled gorgonzola, raspberry compote, chopped figs, and shaved ham. All washed down with a good malbec.

I like elk about any way I can get it, but this sounded like a bit much....not to worry, it was darn good.
