So a long time shooter of doubles all of a sudden starts missing more than before. That takes him to the doctor who sends him for tests. The tests say he is having some neurological issues, they are permanent This fellow would like to invest in a session or two with a shooting coach. Money is an issue, he is not poor but won't be going to New England soon. Wisconsin is his home base. Any suggestions on who to contact?

That is a really good question I had't given much consideration to. Who out there is a coach for shooting SxS? ……. in Wisconsin or elsewhere?

Not Wisconsin, but, close:
Deon Thompson 612-850-9096 deonthompson60@gmail.com
Not sure if his skills include working with your specific handicap, but, he is a certified level 2 skeet instructor. Minneapolis/St Paul area.

I'd suggest Chris Batha. For sure he understands SXS guns.

Brian Belinski in Traverse City MI- He and the late Michael McIntosh were co-instructors for years. If you want, I have a copy of his handbook and a business card, which I would send you. I recommend him to anybody-much of his set of fundamentals came from Ken Davies, former Limey H&H shooting school head instructor--Top shelf, indeed.

How is a shooting instructor going to help with a neurological issue if a doctor can't ?

He would like to see whether or not he can adjust his shooting technique to compensate for the health issues. A lot of people in his position would just give it up. I glad that he wants to continue bird hunting and shooting. For the record one of the suggested shooting coaches felt he could be of some help. Thank you folks that made suggestions.
