If it is truely off face the hinge pin and or saddle in the barrel lug will need to be dealt with. A quick fix is to determine the amount the barrels are off face and place a shim between the pin and lug to compensate for the wear. This is only a temporary fix as the shim can work out or become lost when the barrels are removed.

If the barrels are on face but the lock up is loose, there is an adjustment of the straddleblock on the locking bolt that will let the gun lock up proper again. The Top lever also needs to make contact with the barrel extension when the locking bolt is engaged.
