We in Arizona are not willing to sit by the wayside while Obama tries to trample over the Constitution with illegal "Executive orders". This bill has already passed committee and will be sent for a full Senate hearing.
Oh and BTW: Regarding Obama's clampdown on part time gun sellers at shows: I and others had fully expected a far more aggressive stance on the part of the BATF at the Crossroads Gun Show in Phoenix this last weekend. The bottom line was nothing has changed and it was business as usual. So much for his so-called "Executive Order"!
Do anyone know if this was the case at other recent shows?

I wouldn't really expect to see very heavy handed enforcement in an election year, but Obama hates guns and told Professor John Lott at the University of Chicago, "�I don�t believe people should be able to own guns.� The enforcement will come if Hillary wins the election.

Anyone who really swallows the B.S. that Obama's actions were about saving lives should consider that he focused on law abiding citizens and the 2nd Amendment, while far more people die every day from drug overdoses... 38,329 in 2010... that's 105 every day. That is about equal to 4 Sandy Hook School massacres per day. That number has only increased as border security along the Southern Border has been stymied by Obama. Then consider that medical mistakes kill up to 10 times that number of people in the U.S. each year.

This thread is unflattering to anti-gunners, so I don't expect it will last very long.

Those guidelines were changed by an Executive Order signed by the anti-gunner Barack Hussein Obama in January. Operating under those guidelines could result in your arrest and conviction if we do not elect a pro-2nd Amendment President in 2016.

If they have been changed please post a reference to their replacement.
To my knowledge these are still the operative rule. Nothing has yet changed as a result of the Presidents Order. That Order is not Law but direction to Agencies.

Always amazes me about Politicians who say they hate guns but are always prepared to surround themselves with other people with guns in order to protect them. If they hate guns so much then set an example and ditch the armed protection! Lagopus.....
