The copy I have has the same cover and 1944 date as the e-bay book, but the paper is quite heavy, with no show through. It is about 2" thick like the one on the amazon link above. The e-bay book looks thinner. I did buy another copy for a friend, and as I recall it was on thinner paper. Bryndon, do you remember the date on your copy?
I really enjoyed reading this book. Not only the information about Rodgers and other early gunsmiths, but as a competitive shooter who has been to Camp Perry for the last 29 years, the stories about his experience there were very interesting.
