Maybe Michael remembers me suggesting that he "get out more" when he said that pre 1913 LC Smiths all had imported wood. He read that out of an LC catalog. Of course, it was true. Half was American black imported into NY from Pennsylvania.
In that case, it might be the "won't do" file.
Ed Preslik is no longer with us, but his son is. Slim Svenson is also gone. Cantwell, too, I think. Lots of good guys not around anymore.
