WW2 may have saved FDR's ass from defeat against the "Barefoot Boy from Wall Street" in 1940, and after Pearl Harbor, brought about the end to the 1937 re-emergence of the Great Depression, but it always gave rise to women in the work force and later, women's Lib movements.
