There is no economical solution to the problem.
The trapezoidal threaded, ultra thin chokes have problems all their own. If there's enough mat'l to begin with.
Soldering a sleeve in, and rehoning is about the cheapest permanent solution.

Again, it's a shotgun. Industrial class shotguns don't over print thier patterns perfectly.
