IM. Probably the biggest knock on these guns was that the color case wore rapidly. I had a 12ga., two barrel set and it was the case with that gun. Fit and finish were very good and the wood on my 12 was killer. You will find huge variation in wood figure. The engraving was machine and appropriate. Original DHE engraving is generally not very impressive. My biggest knock was that the gun had poor dynamics. My hunting partner shot a 26" 20ga. for a couple of seasons and though better it also was lacking. I am told the 28s are very dynamic but I lack any experience with them. Were they worth the money? Absolutely. Are they worth the current money? Same answer.
