Any man who has served his Country as a commissioned Army Officer and retired with the rank of an 0-5 deserves that proper note of respect. When we refer to the lates: Askins and Curtis- we properly refer to them as Captain Paul A. Curtis- and Major Charles Askins- not the more pedestrian title of "Mr."-- Lock and load on that-troopies.
