Lowell, if it's .25-20 single-shot, Midway also has the cases. If they have the cases, they must also have dies from somebody. Of course, they also have .25-20WCF.

I suppose it's improbable that your current fired cases might tell you something? Didn't have to jack them out with a gear puller, did you?

Lee will also do this as many of the smaller die makers. In fact, a few of them that cater to the benchrest crowd only work this way.

There's more you can do to rifles when you're not a pro, less movin' parts, less to screw up. I tend to work on my rifles and do simple stuff on my SxS's but for serious shotgun work I leave it to a pro.

BTW, does buying a beat up old gun and sending to someone for a rehab constitute a "project"? Seems that if you're going to call something a project you should have a little more hand in it than boxing it up.
