Eis, you have to click on the "Additional Terms of Sale" tab right beside the default "Item Description" tab to see it. Here is the pertinent paragraph:
"A. Pre-bidding inspection is encouraged with advance notice(no items are regular store inventory). Every effort has been made to honestly, correctly and accurately describe all items. In cases where the pictures do not conform with the text, the pictures take precedence. All requests for refunds considered and any refunds will be solely at the seller's discretion. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee(exceptions made for repeat customers) and refunds issued after payment from resale is received. To remain compliant with the law, all firearms requiring registration have been logged into a dealer's bound book and local pick up will require a background check at $20/firearm(local C&R & FFL holders exempt). This fee also constitutes $20 of the shipping charge and insures that your receiving dealer will accept the firearm(s)."
