as to your question, any restoration of parker case colors is probably not a good investment.
parker barrel rebluing is probably a good investment, so long as the cost is kept around $100.
field grade parker stock refinishing and recheckering is usually a good investment, so long as the cost is kept around
$200.
Where in the hell can you find a quality rust blueing for a $100 or a stock refinish and checkering pointed up for $200......!? I would be scared of the finished product if quoted those prices....!
