Largest source of short 10g data I know of is on the Parker Club Site. I load my 2 7/8 tens with Green Dot.
Use a Remington wad with a split 16 G fiber wad bottom of the cup. I have roll crimped now mostly fold crimp in a Mec with a short kit. For Clays 1 1/8 oz Crows 1 1/4 oz. You could load 1 1/2 oz but really no need to break clay targets. 1 1/8 in a tight choked gun patterns beautifully.
Others may have other solutions, lot of guys I know use Red dot for 1 1/8 oz loads.
Light shot loads = less recoil
