There is no way to know who made that specific gun without seeing the barrel flats or water table. That said, I've seen Trust Eibarres guns with the maker marks of CK (Lucio Loyola) and PA (Pedro Arrizabalaga). The PA gun had the top end deep relief game seen engraving pattern that was use only on top dollar guns. Here are a couple of examples of that pattern:
